• First page lay out and design $125.00.
• Additional pages with similar lay out $85.00 each.
• Up to 5 photos per page scanned.
• Additional photos scanned at $5.00 each.
• Each photo on your site can be linked to an enlarged
  view at no extra cost.
• Hit counter.
• Scan your logo free.
• Link to e-mail on each page.
• Hand submit your site to 10 top search engines, Free.
• Free 2 hour closing consultation.
• All pages tested in both Internet Explorer and Netscape,
  as these are the most often used browsers.
• Changes or modifications up to 7 days after
  approval of completed site.

 

Additional charges:

• Reply/Request for information forms - reservations,
  questionnaires, etc. $45.00
• Domain Name registration fee $35.00 per year.
• Web Hosting $14.95 a month, $25.00 set up fee waived
  when you pay for 6 months. Pay for a full year and
  receive 2 additional months free.
• Custom logo design rates vary depending on project,
  most logos range between $20 to $60. You will receive
  a fixed price as to the cost of you logo.
• Shopping Cart set up, one time fee $75.00
  • 1 to 5 items - $35.00
  • 6 to 11 items - $50.00
  • 12 to 20 items - $75.00
  • 21 to 29 items - $100.00
  • 30 or more - per bid
• Scanning service $5.00 per scan. We can scan photos,
  drawings, slides or negatives. All images will be
  put on a CD for you.
• Digital photography $20.00 per hour.
• Minor changes or modifications to site after
  7 day grace period $25.00.
• Major changes or modifications to site after
  7 day grace period $65.00.
• Monthly and weekly maintenance / up dates, per bid.

photos of your home, boat, or automobile inside and
out. We take these photos and create your custom
built website, to give buyers a birds eye view with
all the details.

• Single page layout and design, with as many photos as needed $100.00.
• Additional pages with as many photos as needed $50.00.
• Single page with one nice photo take by our digital camera $50.00.
• Single page with one photo supplied by you $35.00.
• Each photo will be linked to an enlarged
